make the most of your toast

seriously the easiest and best tasting breakfasts ever….and oh so simple too.

  1. Grab some healthy, whole grain bread & toast it…we chose Ezekiel bread & english muffins for these pics
  2. Pick a base. We usually use some kind of a nut butter or plain greek yogurt. Avocado and/or olive oil are other really good bases for a more savory toast option.
  3. Chop up some fruit….seriously almost any fruit would work & i promise it will taste good
  4. Add some fun toppings: unsweetened coconut shreds, honey, chia seeds, hempseed, fresh jam, goji berries, mashed up nuts, bee pollen, herbs, spices….anything?…
  5. ENJOY

Below are the “recipes” for the pictured toasts…we will keep ya updated when we make some more especially delicious creations

Here I just smeared avocado on an Ezekiel english muffin…added black pepper and chia seeds. I eat the sunny side up egg on top of the toast…takes maybe 5 minutes to make and this one definitely keeps me full the longest.
