CocoNUTTY for Oats

Oatmeal is a staple. It’s so easy to prepare & you can get really really creative. Alone, they’re a great source of carbs. Add some fruit, super-foods, & nuts on top and you’ve got a power-packed breakfast or pre-game meal that will keep you movin’ & groovin’.

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup dry steel-cut oats (it turns into a lot)

-Banana

-Hemp seed

-Coconut shavings

-Walnuts & almond slivers
