- Preheat oven to 475
- Put some ghee (also could use butter or vegan butter) on a baking sheet that’s covered in aluminum foil. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the butter, stick the pan in the oven just until the butter is melted
- Sprinkle some salt on the salmon, along with lemon pepper & fresh squeezed lemon.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes with a lemon on each piece of salmon
- Halfway through add some tarragon and dill on top
I served over some black rice with sautéed mushrooms & corn on the cob
